Bella Roma Gourmet Deli & Catering ("Bella Roma," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. We respect your privacy and this policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through this website.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a pickup order through our order form, we collect the following categories of personal data: your name, your telephone number, your requested pickup date and time, and the order details you type. If you contact us by phone or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your email address.
We do not collect payment information on this website. Payment is handled in person when you pick up your order.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. Our location map is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide only to:
- Receive, prepare, and fulfill your pickup order;
- Contact you about your order if we need to confirm details; and
- Operate, maintain, and secure the website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising or automated decision-making or profiling.
How Your Information Is Shared
When you place an order, the order details are sent to Bella Roma staff through a private messaging notification so we can prepare it. We do not share your information with third parties except service providers that help us operate the website (for example, our web host and the embedded Google Maps service), and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.
Data Retention
We keep order information only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill and record your order, and then dispose of it.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Google Maps feature may set cookies; you can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us at any time to ask whether we have personal data about you, to access it, to correct it, or to request that we delete it. Because we are a New Jersey business, we honor the spirit of the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA) and similar state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), which give consumers rights to access, correct, and delete their personal data, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling. Note that we do not sell personal data, run targeted advertising, or profile our customers — so there is nothing to opt out of. You will never be discriminated against for exercising any privacy right.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this site. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
